Service Standards

As a customer of AMD you can expect to automatically receive certain service standards:

  • All orders for stationery printing will be dispatched within 4 days of order/proof sign-off
  • Your order will be acknowledged within 3 hours.
  • Contract prices will be fixed for 12 months to avoid the need for constant re-negotiation.
  • You will receive artwork proofs as follows; Standard Items: 24 hours; Bespoke work: Proof date agreed at time of order. Your proof can be supplied either in PDF format, fax or post to suit your needs.
  • Your printing will arrive in double wall outer cartons to guarantee their arrival in good condition.
  • All your boxes will be clearly labelled with content and quantity for ease of storage and use.
  • Your telephone call will be answered within 3 rings, and reply to every telephone message the day you call us - usually within 90 minutes.
  • Each buyer within the group will have a named account handler giving you a consistent service.
  • We operate on the principle that a problem is not solved, or a piece of work finished, until you are 100% delighted.
  • Maintain the high standards of integrity, honesty, openness, professionalism and confidentiality that you rightly expect from us.
  • Refer our contacts to you where we believe they could benefit from your products and services.
  • And we’ll do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it.
